JCI Action Framework

JCI Ponda organized a training session on the JCI Action Framework, with JC HGF Janhavi Shet Tilve as the trainer. She explained the 4️⃣ key steps to approach any problem using real-world examples:

1. Identify the Problem 🔍 – Recognize and clearly define the issue.

2. Analyze the Causes 🤔 – Dive deep into understanding the root causes.

3. Develop Action Plans 📝 – Brainstorm and strategize effective solutions.

4. Implement and Evaluate 🚀 – Put the plan into action and review the outcomes.
